TubeEngineer - The digital companion for selecting the optimum tube solution

The BENTELER TubeEngineer is an online tube configurator that supports the search for optimal tube solutions. The trends in hydraulics and fluid technology bring with them complex challenges for line tubes: The systems must withstand ever higher pressure loads while at the same time being as light, reliable and sustainable as possible. When looking for answers to these challenges, the optimal tube solutions are not immediately obvious. It often takes a lot of effort to evaluate the various influencing parameters from material, surface and tube processing and tube connection. The BENTELER TubeEngineer guides you to a selection of tube and surface solutions for your individual requirements with just a few mouse clicks.

We rely on experience, expertise & global networks

BENTELER is a global family business that has been producing hydraulic and fluid line tubes for decades. Our tubes are used in many areas, such as in trucks on the road, in excavators in the mine, in combine harvesters or tractors in the field or in a metal press or injection molding machines under high pressure. We owe our leading position as a tube manufacturer in this area, in addition to the high quality and easy processing of the tubes, above all to our pioneering role in product developments.

Our engineers draw on decades of experience and expertise in the production, processing, and application of precision steel tubes in hydraulic and fluid technology. Through many years of collaboration with technicians from well-known mechanical engineering companies and OEMs, they have built up a comprehensive wealth of knowledge and experience. A professional partner network of leading manufacturers of pipe connections complements our know-how.

Online tube configuration as the first step - we will accompany you further with co-engineering

The BENTELER TubeEngineer will guide you to the ideal tube solution for your individual tube design task on your desktop or mobile phone in just a few minutes. In addition, you will be offered optimisation suggestions that go beyond the standard for pressure resistance, weight or corrosion protection.

If you need support beyond tube configuration, BENTELER offers you a comprehensive engineering offering to validate the identified tube and surface solution. The full range of services from our laboratories is available to you with numerous procedures, such as material characterisation, impulse tests, leak tests, burst tests or corrosion tests. We are happy to support you in evaluating your tube processing processes about the suitability of our tube solutions using FEM forming simulations. These also form the basis for a joint service life estimate of your tubes. The engineering offering is finalised with sustainability information on the selected tube solution. Contact us to determine the tube solution with the lowest CO2 footprint for your application.
